You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return:

Simply contact our friendly support team at support@lullabear.store and include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items:

Due to hygiene reasons, certain baby comfort items may not be returnable once opened.
